What is Polytechnic ?

A polytechnic course is a progressive learning experience in which students can pursue a diploma or vocational degree based on technical education. These courses are a legitimate alternative to degree programs, and students can pursue them after finishing high school. Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility requirements for the Diploma in Engineering or Polytechnic course:

  • * A 10th grade passout from any recognised board can apply (from any state or CBSE board)
  • * Students with a 12th grade diploma are also welcome to apply.
  • * If they studied Science and Math in the 12th, 12th pass students can enrol straight through lateral entrance in the second year.
  • * This course requires a minimum age of 14 years.
  • * The minimal percentage for class ten should be greater than 35%.
